Can different levels of employees access different data?
Yes, Antrack offers different access levels tailored to various roles within your organisation. We provide admin level, driver level, and management levels to help users navigate the platform and access tools relevant to their position. The number of users required to access the platform will be built into the enterprise fees.
Can I automate my employees' travel claims?
Yes, reports are provided for monthly mileage. If a car is not exclusively used for company use, it's recommended to insert one of our plug-and-play trackers while the vehicle is being used for business use. These reports can integrate with financial reporting software to meet SARS requirements.

How can payments be made?
Payments can be made securely via PayFast, where you can load your credit card for monthly recurring payments. For enterprise customers that don’t want to use PayFast, monthly or annual invoices will be sent with your company details, including purchase orders if required.

Can I track other assets or only vehicles?
Antrack is a versatile product that can track any assets in real-time, including trailers, trucks, heavy machinery, and more. It also centralises paperwork, simplifying driver hours management, trip log sheets, filing, and vehicle service reports.
Does Antrack operate outside of South Africa?
Currently, Antrack operates exclusively in South Africa. For options outside of South Africa, please contact support@antrack.co.za.
